Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kronoroom. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@kronoroom.com or call us at073 0002 0001 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Package: Send the package to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kronoroom.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at returns@kronoroom.com to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
